WHAT IF I GOT THE WRONG SIZE?
If the size you got is not the size you order and we have a screenshot of the order then we will replace the blind at no cost as it’s our mistake.
HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THE REPLACEMENT
Once your request is approved. It takes 3-4 weeks.
ARE MY PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Yes, all products are covered with a limited warranty.
Damage caused by accident alteration and normal wear and tear are not covered 3-year warranty.
