If for any reason blind’s measurements are off from us, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for replacement, with shipping and handling fees. You will get brand new Product shipped to you after correction. Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Product Warranty All of our products come with a limited of 5 year. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by improper installation.
