If the size you got is not the size you ordered and we have a screenshot of the order, then we will replace the blind at no cost, as it’s our mistake.

All our blinds at Betr Motion are tailored to your specifications, and production initiates upon receipt of your payment. Your credit card will be charged when the order is confirmed. We conduct a thorough review of each order before production to prevent errors and ensure precision. If any questions or concerns arise, we’ll temporarily hold your order and promptly reach out to you. Typically, production commences the day after placing your order, with production times ranging from 4 to 14 business days. Once production is complete, your blinds will be shipped. Each product comes with a current estimated ship date, though many orders often ship sooner than the quoted date. it will be additional 5-7 days
